Absolute rubbish!
such a waste company cello...no customer support..my blender has some issues from a long time bt cello isn't resolving it....such 3rd company..m regreting for wasting my money in dis company..pls go with magic bullet other company bt nt dis company..

Absolute rubbish!
The main design problem is bottle tread direction and mixer blender lock direction is same. If in case the blade cap get stuck there is no option to remove it by any means. The bottle get unscrew by the force you are applying but blade cap doesn't get remove.
Stupid designer.
