Product is of Good Quality plastic. Received Today Feels like very Durable.. look is Very Nice. Got One Extra cleaning refill with this. Packaging should have been taken even more care. I'm satisfied with my first impressions.

Product is nice and useful must go with it but Ekart wisherman delivery manner is very bad. He kept our box on the ground in front of our house without checking the box or item.

This was first purchased in Nov-2020. It is still working fine and has already proven it's long life and reliability. I was hunting for a spare mop stick and may have purchased about 4-5 in almost two years since. Unfortunately, a mopstick isn't separately sold by Kleeno. None of the sticks survived beyond a few days, with either the lock breaking or the mop head malfunction. It's surprising that none of the sticks have the unique twist lock like that of Kleeno, which is sturdy and failproof....
