Perfect product!
I ordered it for my sister as she has a very poor diet,she works in an office and do not eat proper meal ,workoholic women always suffering from dificiency of vitamins and minerals so supplement really helps to complete the diet but do not take it forever as food is necessary for the body .I recommend it when you really need it .Body ache,low immunity happens when your body is not getting proper diet or food so in that case supplement will be taken with proper information .
