    • Gently remove the mattress cover without damaging the Springs , foam inside. Keep the zip closed while washing. Preferred washing type is Machine Wash, Warm at 40 degree C using mild detergents. Do not use brush for cleaning and do not dry under direct sunlight. It is advised to wash the cover separately. Do not iron on the mattress / mattress cover or place heat inducing commodities that may lead to fabric melt.

    • Physical Damages, Any visible and lasting indentation (body impression) lesser than 1 inch of the total height of the mattress (not associated from a sag in the bed base or cot) is not covered under warranty., Any damage caused due to liquid spillage is not covered under the warranty. , Mould, dirt or smell resulting from poor mattress care. , Exposure to cold / hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.
