Best in the market!
It's chelated form magnesium which is different from other magnesium, chelated magnesium are best, it gets easily absorbed in body and gives more benefits.
I had muscle stiffness and twitching which got stopped after taking it. It works very well for nerves and muscles, also it good making you calm .

Perfect product!
I had started a low carb diet a few months back and wanted a magnesium supplement which was affordable and effective.
