Great product. What I like is it has prebiotics also to feed the probiotic bacteria. Price is not much compared to other products. Also stomuch problems due to IBS, leaky gut and celiac disease are decreased.

Digestion will surely improve. But few might feel cold for initial days. Bcoz our body tends to detect this bacterias as external agents and tend to protect the body. So in the process some will get common cold at the start of use.
