if u r in search of spiritual side or anything about the etheric body cleaning so this is the book. i have read some books of Doreen virtue and this is one the finest. from this book u can do meditation in morning and also in evening. to clean it up 8 chakras of body its very helpful.

It's a decent book but not of my kind specially since it's all mental work and requires a good deal of mental concentration.

I bought this book from Flipkart last month.This is indeed a virtuous Pocket Book.Any one interested in the fascinating science of Chakras shall find it very useful.It is laden with adequate illustrations without confusing the reader.The method of Chakra Clearing are simple,,to the point and very practicable..Having read this small yet powerful material, I am of the view that a good book is not necessarily voluminous. I am happy with the contents..
