    its 2013, so expect for more updated one?

    book written in 2009, deals elaborately with Indo-US nuclear deal much better;
    the internal issues with some neighbors have changed: Myanmar has moved to democracy now.

    But still, the book gives a good background to start with and more pragmatic approach.
