call me crazy but a company like Chanel does not pack their products upside down. That is right. Opened the box with the top side up and to my surprise the bottle was upside down. The product did not have the outside plastic cover intact as well. clearly this is a used or returned product. I think I have learnt my lesson. Stay away from online perfumes.
