My first brew was a revelation, molasses-y sweet base notes with a complex acidity in the mouth. It had an even roast throughout, and great looking beans.

I'm not an instant coffee drinker so I didn't try the gift pack of instant coffee I received with my beans, but the friend I gifted it to loved it, said it had more depth of flavor and mouth feel than other one-dimensional burnt-tyre instant coffee powders.

This one is going on my regular rotation for sure.
