Usage Instructions

1. Combine coconut, groundnut paste, sesame seeds and red chillies and finely grind them in a mixer if desired., 2. Add grated jaggery in tamrind paste and mix them well. Once the jiggery is dissolved add it to the mixture and add salt., 3. Brinjalls should be washed clean and cut more like a mark on the top, but don’t cut it completely., 4. Fill in the earlier prepared mixture In the brinjal and set aside for a while. Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Then add mustard seeds, asafoetida, Chavan Bandhu Special Ghati Masala and stir well., 5. Add the gravy, set aside add little water and little salt so that little salt is absorbed by the brinjals. Cover and simmer for sometime on medium heat, Once the brinjals are well cooked, serve it with hot bread or roti.
