I had bought it from flipkart in 2013..after about 3 months it began to malfunction which seemed like some internal loose connection and it completely died out within few weeks. It had come at a price of around 3500 then and it's not exactly cheap considering the fact that this baby monitor had only very basic features. That it did not even last 6 months shows the lack of quality of the product as well the brand Chicco.

I did not purchase this product from Flipkart, picked it up from a local baby store, lasted for exactly 5 months. I was informed of a 6 month warranty at the time of purchase but turns out chicco baby monitors have no warranty on them. The chicco store I took the product into had a look at it and said it cannot be repaired, 4k into the dustbin in 5 months!! :| I would suggest you put your money down on a monitor that comes with warranty, else best to pick up china ones that aren't too expensi...
