Horrible company horrible backend team
This was a replacement order which was supposed to be deliver within 9th august. Again the delivery date has been changed to 14th august....no commitment from a company like Flipkart....no wonder you guys sold the business to someone else or else the company would have been on streets...pls call back tomorrow...need to understand why you guys are not able to deliver a simple chocolate order from last 2 weeks...nonsense

Hated it!
The order shows 2 chocolates but got one in the box. The complaint was accepted but refund is not initiated till date. Flipkart is worst at it's part. ZERO customer satisfaction.
