A worth reading for health conscious ppl
I ordered this book and Phew!!!! it was delivered to me the next day!!! Also completed reading the book all at once.. Its worth reading it,they have mentioned what kind of grains,cereals,pulses etc etc, contains how much of fat,MUFA,PUFA etc.. 15 day detox plan is worth practicing. But too much of theory is there regarding cholesterol,triglycerides, which could be eliminated.
Overall I loved this book..
