Very poor

It doesn't help. On the other way i think it makes me smoke more. As it has only 2 mg of nicotine and I think that doesn't help to chain smoker. If you really want to quit. Quit and never think about smoke. I will say get isolate for 21 days. And make your brain to control after you get out of isolation. This will really help. Don't buy this type of chewing gum or patch.
