    I remember the time I was reading this book. I was in a hospital bed getting ready for my operation and this book transported me from my reality to another land. I think it's the best compliment one can give. GRRM is seriously the best.

    Highly recommended

    The book is great as expected out of a GRRM book. The book quality is good and I especially like the material the book cover is made of, it feels really nice and in a way gives an antique touch. The only con of this book is that it is quite thick but the readers will surely enjoy the finer details GRRM has included in the book which we couldn't see in the series and as always the original book is better than it's T.V. adaption.

    Very satisfactory

    Perfectly Worth Buy

    Bought this book a couple of days back as I had just finished with the Book 1, which I had bough from a store.
    It was the same publisher "Harper Collins" and the same make.
    This one I got with exactly same page and cover quality, for something I've spent less than half of what I had, I'd say definitely a good buy.

    I had ordered this book on a Wednesday and received it on Friday. Splendid service by Filpkart there.

    Note, this is the HBO tie-up version.

    Wonderful

    just finished reading it. it's just awesome. the heroic deeds, the war, magic, magical creatures take one into that fantasy world where we want to go do heroic deeds. it's like an opium. a great novel. looking forward to reading the third instalment.

    One of the best I've read.

    The song of ice and fire is my all time favorite. I would suggest this to everyone who wants to get into fantasy.

    The pages and book quality is very good. Better than the boxset. Its by Harper Collins and the pages feel very smooth and not too cramped.
