
This program opens with an energizing warm-up that increases your heart rate while it loosens up the back and neck. Arms, shoulders and back are exercised in alternating sets, interspersed with pushups, so the entire upper body gets a thorough workout. The abdominal exercises are also divided into sets, each becoming progressivaly more intense. Once you're up to 3 sets of the adbominal exercises, your entire stomach region will be fit and trim.
