    Good choice

    I will say it doesn't give any fat loss, however it gives you so much energy and stamina level that you will lasts upto 2 hours in workout and you will not feel any tiredness. I lose just 2-3 Kgs after a lot of hard workout of 1.5 hrs regular in last 8-9 months after complete consumption of the capsules also by skipping outside foods, no food at night and rarely sweet dishes.
    Usually anyone can lose this weight just by keeping normal workouts what I did lose. But each body reacts differentely...
