    Robin Bloor is an author and tech expert.

    Bloor is the founder of Bloor Research, which is an IT firm based in the UK.

    Marcia Kaufman is an author and has more than 20 years’ experience in business strategy, industry research in business technology, and analytics.

    Dr. Fern Halper is an author and educator.
