Excellent book for analog design
This is an excellent book to start understanding Analog design from basics. And moreover this book tackles lower geometries like 90nm from design point of view.

Excellent Book, Great way to explain the things!!
Analog circuit design is a really tricky thing to understand and design. But this book explains the concepts in really reader friendly manner but also in-depth. Covers a wind range of Analog plus digital design and fabrication process fundamentals. A life time book for a VLSI engineer. Specially for M.Tech and PhD students.

Good for fundamentals
This is probably the only book that covers both CMOS circuits and fabrication methods in one text. Extremely well written from the very basics. The treatment of SPICE models for CMOS transistors is exhaustive. Strongly recommended for anyone who is interested in CMOS.
Disclaimer: I am only a final year engineering student when I am writing this review so I haven't gone through the entire text. This review is on the parts that are taught at UG level.

Good book
Basically written for Noise Shaping Converters but many of the circuits and analysis present in the book apply for all class of data converters. The simple and analytic approach of the author (as in the vol 1 of the book) continues.
