Also, the book has a lot of examples making it easy to understand and helpful. It's a very nice guide for anyone who is looking out for the basics of investing in a simple manner.

Found it in good condition. Happy that flipkart has started using paper packaging. Currently not started reading it. But it is good for those who want to learn indian stock market. You will also learn how to make portfolio.

Amazing book.

After reading the book, it took some time to comprehend what he was telling. This book looks like an advertisement to Ambit capital.
1) create a stocks list which you won't monitor on day to day basis ( same thing told in little book of commonsense investing, the little book that beats the market, the little book that makes you rich).
2) Approach the Financial planner for proper advice. ( asset allocation books).
3) once plan is done, then stick to it.

Good book. All the terms are in layman language except a few terms. The outline of this book is to buy good quality stock and hold them for 10 years. The case study of Talwar and Sanghvi given to explain this concept as a story is exemplary. Everyone who wishes to create wealth in equities with least risk should read this book. Dont hesitate give it a go

Must read for Bharatiya investors. Saurabh is one of the best writers in the country on investment. One can watch his videos on you tubs to understand how simply he explains the ideas.

The book covers the coffee can portfolio with the conviction it deserves and opened a my eyes on investment strategies in real estate and mutual funds. At the end it covers the importance of investing with major future investment milestones in mind. Also it empowers an individual to perform his/ her financial planning on his/ her own.

I do not think it is practical for small investors to follow the methods. Only for portfolio with at least 25 lakhs. This is definitely not for beginners.
