Flipkart...awesome sevice. Ordered on Saturday evening and got it on Monday itself. The book comes leather-bound and shares the initial and best works of REH on Conan. Its an imported edition and is a must-have for any fan of such a genre. The book has also chronicled the various adaptations undertaken by various authors and production studios and even games. I have just started reading it and it is written beautifully. Buy it before it goes out of stock!!

One of the best ever compilation on Conan. The getup is very appealing and font size pleasing to the eye. One cannot satiate oneself of the enormous imagination burst on looking at the detailed map of Cimmeria and its mythical world. The story contents like the Jewels of Gwalhur shows that Howard was deeply inspired by Indian mythology and ancient as well as medieval history.

The Conan stories as Robert E. Howard intended them to be, without the editing touches of Sprague De camp. SO, a lot of material which was edited by Sprague De camp has been left out. That is how this book was meant to be, it has whatever is needed and has left out all the unnecessary stories. It is a compilation of two earlier Conan books by the same publisher - The Conan Chronicles Volume 1 and Volume 2.

It pains to me rate this book anything under five stars, because that's what it deserves. Flipkart's service this time, however, deserves zero stars.

Not only do they state three weeks to deliver an imported product (longer than anybody else; I ordered and received three items from Ebay Global Buy in that time), they can't even deliver it by the due date. Honestly, when you place an order on September 29th, you'd think that October 24th would be long enough for Flipkart to make the delivery....
