This book is for one who already know some basics (A1) in German Language. Not so preferred for Starters.

One of the best books to learn German Language, friendly easy to learn and all grammar points are very well explained. I have personally gone through a dozen books but this is my personal favorite. Besides both the authors are professors in the University with decades of experience in teaching the language. The content of the book clearly defines their expertise and intent to make the language simple and fun to learn.

I had prior German knowledge before buying this book. I used to go through and learn the language through videos in youtube. But this book has it all !! But please take only the multimedia version and not the paperback version. I don't know why is flipkart even selling the paperback version when you just can't learn without the audio CD. The multimedia version is my recommendation. Although i would suggest people not to restrict their radar only to this book. Videos and short German clippings...

For someone who is trying to learn the language (myself), I found the book a good piece. Although I have read the German Made Simple book as well, I consider both the books at being good with their content. Quality does matter. Just waiting for my order to be delivered to my place, and have gifted to my sister as well.

this book doesn't offer CDs and this entire book is based on Listening of Exercises written in the book.
You won't be able to learn anything of the language if can't pronounce it. Also, the Audio cds aren't available if you are thinking of Torrenting them.
Just don't know why seller is duping people, this book is useless without CD.
Now don't be smart and order the one with CDs , costs much, but totally worth it.

this book simply drills deutsch(German) into ur head...if u r confused between this one and german for dummies,then go for this one iknow coz i have got both

Excellent book for teach German. It also requires an excellent teacher to
teach the language. You cant learn it yourself, one needs a guide.
