If you are really looking for detailed science of how body metabolism gets affected with foreign substances and how unhealthy eating styles and living make body temperament go haywire, and how to regain harmony between body and the kind of life we live, then this is your pick for sure.
You need lots of patience though :) I checked it out at Om Book Shop due to non-availability I checked on Flipkart and Voila they had it and with great price offer.
