In order for a candidate to qualify, he or she must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University, and must not be below 21 years and not above 30 years. The selection procedure is divided into phases. The first consists of a 250 marks of Objective and Descriptive Tests. 200 marks are allocated to the Objective type part, and constitutes of tests in English Language (Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension), General Awareness, Marketing and Computer, Data Analysis and Interpretation, and Reasoning. The Descriptive Test focuses on English précis writing, essays, letter writing, and comprehension. Once the candidate has qualified in the first phase, he or she is asked to appear for Group Discussions and Interviews. The final selection is done after the candidate has passed the previous two phases.
