Horrible
They sent me the wrong book, the I one received is for class 12 instead of 11 even though the item clearly advertise as the book for 11. They were also 2nd hand products, unfortunately multiple graphite encryption are still recognisable all over the book despite some poor unsuccessful attempt to erase them before shipping.
