Very lucid question/answer style of writing. Great insights into the shooting days of Pyasa, Saheb Biwi aur Ghulam, Guide, Mujhe Jeene Do. Waheeda seems to have a great memory as she even remembers her hair dresser to the assistant choreographer. Honest comparison of directors from Guru Dutt to Satyajit Ray to Manmohan Desai. Never knew that Ray wanted to direct Guide, but dropped the plan later! The book has many such trivia. More importantly the conversation brings out the other side of one...

NMK knows what what I, the Indian film lover wants to read. She ends up asking almost everything right and at the right time. Maybe she edits the flow later, but it still seems like a day spent with Waheeda Rehman. I hope that NMK continues this series and maintains the serenity.

must buy for anyone who loves the Black & white Golden era and to hear about many anecdotes of those days!

Fascinating, absorbing,factual

I'm highly disappointed with the paper and print quality, worse affected are pictures that look almost completely washed out.

I decided to keep my copy just because i love and respect the star and would cherish the same despite all this.

This book deserved a much much better print n paper, it's a shame otherwise.

A Must Have Book for All Waheeda Rehman Fans! I lenjoyed reading it completely,it has an easy flow of coversation with Waheeda Ji and the book is totally absorbing right from the first page till the last!
