This is one of the best books on training there is, no need for a gym, no supplements, and inexpensive equipment, and you can be stronger, faster, athletic than any gym rat. The book describes progressions for 6 bodyweight which comprehensively work all your body, the workouts do not require more than 2 hrs a week (at maximum, it can be done in 1 hr a week also).
