Good product but could have been a little better
Pros:the 360 rotating stand easily rotates the laptop in any direction.

Cons:no on/off switch for fans
instead of metallic mesh surface,,,the product comes with a flat metallic surface without pores excluding fan outlets which reduces air flow.

Overall Good..!!
1> Non-adjustable fans
2> DOES not cool well enough in case you are using this in a place where air flow is not well enough ( i mean you have to have a ceiling Fan or a AC for this to work really good, but in extreme conditions where Fans and AC are missing your laptop still getting really hot).
3> the stand-lock looks too delicate i was scared if i pull it too hard it might break..

Glad I brought this
I've been eyeing for a cooling pad as I run server operating system on my Dell 15R and I used to feel the heat so bad. I did compare a lot of pads, this one had the better fan speed and reasonable price. This is my first cooling pad. So, it was a shot in dark and I'm glad I brought this product.
I've been using the cooling pad for 2 weeks now and the results are so good. My laptop still heats but not to the limit which ...
