COSCO Gym Ball

I have been using this ball for more than 2 months now. The product is of excellent quality, even though it had several creases when it was first opened.


Pros: the build quality of ball, price, yellow is much less ugly than expected.

Cons: lousy air pump (but it works)


Size: your legs' length determines the required size. The target is to have knees at 90 degrees when you sit on it. You can go for bigger ball and fill less air to achieve this, but the stability ball will probably become ...

Its a good gym ball and worth purchasing.Before buying in flipkart,i had been to a few sports shops and found it to be expensive.But here,it is cheaper.
The foot pump provided is of poor quality.To inflate the ball,pull out the white stopper completely and insert the nozzle of the foot pump and inflate.
The ball is sturdy and truly anti burst.I also use it to rest my feet while watching TV.

This is good, sturdy product for gym and exercise uses especially for people with back issues. Flipkart as usual delivered it right on time and with good packaging.
