Till recently there was no satisfactory treatment for Hyper Pigmentation of the skin. The mainstay of treatment had been peeling agents.which promote increased shedding of the skin color. Hyper quinone is a crystalline substance which interfaces with the pigmentation of the skin. The main problem, however, has been that whenever hydroquinone is dissolved in water or other solvents, or suspended in cream as ointments it turns brown within a day or so and becomes complicity ineffective. Therefore, When prescribed hydroquinone in a cream an ointment base. but the user was required to obtain fresh supplies of the same at weekly intervals and discards the unused cream every week, which becomes quite unfeasible at the time.
