Good but ....
An interesting read that talks about Mick Foleys return to the ring (in TNA) and his battles with his injuries among others. The book has a very insightful chapter on steroid abuse & I dare say I have not read a more profound article on this issue anywhere else. His chapter on his trip to Sierra Leone is incredibly touching and makes you realise how much you can do to help others if you put your mind to it.
