after a long search on net about mp3 player i came to know about this brand. further going through the reviews on various sites utube, etc i got a fair idea about the product and finally decided to buy.
Sound quality is awesome, various equalizer setup bring awesome effects, bass is mindblowing. so overall sound quality is at par den apple products.

very ordinary sound quality, bad battery backup, bad UI, useless settings(jeteffects ).
Absolutely negligible bass. All those BBE+ and things are pretty useless. they add more noice rather that improving the sound quality. With all the permutation combination of settings also sound somehow has no depth or warmth even after using a good pair of earphones. It is not even half as good as my mobile phone( which costed me around 9k).
Please dont buy this. Dont fall for the reviews as i did.

Not happy with the battery backup. As per the manufacturer's description, it says we can listen music 29 hours continuously but this is not true. When I contacted the manufacturer regarding this, I was informed turning off the sound equalizer settings and keeping the volume at level 25 gives normally 29 hours of listening. But this is also not true.

First time I received a faulty product, which immidiately replaced by cowon india. Thanks for that. But they have deleted my comment. anyway this time I received a new replaced one. No doubt its the best sounding device. Itz superb. U just cant imagine until and unless u hear this one. I dont think the headphone they provided is a bad one.its also a good headphone but not a earplug.
I have a bose ae2 and when I pair it with that headphone, it becomes a real monstar.If u dont want to compromis...

I have bought this product in february 2014. And after 4 months it stops working. When I have contact to the customer care of COWON India they told me that there is only one service center in which is located in mumbai. As I am from kolkata this is not possible for me to go to mumbai for this product.

Now when I asked flipkart to ship my product to cowon india service center, they replied that "They can not take this responsibility." . Hence I think they need to stop selling this product as...
