Creative - you need to apologise to customers.

This product is a shame to be coming from Creative brand - the sound is ok but the connecting wire is terrible!! - it just get so tangled and messy - everytime you need to use it, its a challenge to just untangle the cable so it.
I just hate using the headset because of the stupid cable !
If possible avoid buying.
