Gawain includes many exercises which help readers learn how to relax, how to visualize, contact their higher selves, program prosperity, heal themselves and others, meditate, and state meaningful affirmations. I especially enjoyed her "pink bubble" manifestation meditation for bringing what you most desire to you.

It is a nice book. Though the emphasis is more on the exercises rather than the theory of the whole concept, it is good enough to get a basic idea of the topic. The techniques are varied and plentiful in number which gives the liberty for the readers to choose the ones which work for them. The book is a great guide and a "must have" if you are looking out for simple and powerful manifestation techniques.

This is a well and simply written book, very structured and lucid. It clarifies with simplicity why and how visualization materialises/becomes reality.

This book helped me clear many bottlenecks which I had in current outlook of the world and the supposed spiritual/material balance therein. It helped me clarify concepts which related with the idea of dreams, achievement vs spiritual development.

This is a wonderful book along the lines of Louise hay for people into healing. If you would like to try self healing, or self discovery through creative visualization, then this book followed by the workbook is a great idea.
