the product is really good. the problem is with vendor and Flipkart exchange policy. originally i ordered size 8 but the dealer sent me size 9. so i request an exchange. but 2nd time also i received size 9. so i called flipkart support for yet again exchange. but the answer i got was as per Flipkart policy they cannot exchange, they can just just refund the money.

Great clogs, amazing look and feel, a bit costly but got sbi offer 10%.
