Worth the money
It brighter than 10w led bulb. The top white semi transparent cover limits the brightness of the tube which could have been made more transparent for even more brightness.

Equally bright as a 10w bulb. Not much of a difference due to its T shape, which one might expect.
Ability to rotate is nice to have but changes the effect of light in the room... mostly,. only the default upright position gives best results
But it's good value for money.
