Cooling is great but the bottom part of the cooler touches the ground because of very low wheel height.

Complete waste of money. This cooler does not provide any cooling and keeps on throwing air in a straight direction. I tried putting cold water and ice then also no output. Honeycomb concept is a total waste, better go for wood wool and replace it every 2-3 years, I think that gives more cooling. It becomes too heavy after filling the tank and gets difficult to move from one position to another. Makes a lot of noise and makes the room very humid even after having proper ventilation.
