and I know how difficult it was to get replacement in time
their customer care representative gets payed only to apologize. supervisor,managers even case escalate managers will have only sorry to share with you

Good air throw sufficient for 200-250 sqft room.
Water pump & swing can be run independently controls are on the same knob.
Water pump is fixed at the bottom so it doesn't bash around while moving.
Internal parts like fan & water pipes are well fitted.
Side trays lets extra water back in the water tank.
Honeycomb gives a better cool...
