best for the price
i got this for Rs.289. flipkart delivery and package were as usually awsum. its very compact and easy to carry. it gives over heat for the cloth type (i did for cotton) and gives you a doubt of whether cloth is getting burned. so keep an optimum temperature irrespective of what shown on it. on the first day itself a tiny screw peeked out & i pushed it inside. as the iron box is working well i didnt mind it.

Must buy!
Super value for money iron from the renowned brand Crompton Grieves. As usual flipkart delivery was very timely. The iron is very lightweight, specially suitable for those frequent travellers who can carry it easily in backpack or trolly. 750watt makes it hot pretty quickly just enough to take care of those quick pressing ur shirt before leaving to office.
I should say this iron is a real bargain in 250-350 range.

Not up to the mark but you can't expect more
Bought it because of low price and less watt power consumption. I would say it is good for lower power consumption but at the same time it is difficult to iron heavy dresses with it. You can not expect it to perform like a 1000 watt iron.
In my opinion buy it only if you want less power consumption otherwise go for a more powerful iron..

Crompton RD iron - why buy any other dry iron?????
Dry iron has to be RD from crompton. Fresh clothes, fresh looks by RD. Very convenient to hold and iron your clothes- the entire range. Safe. Design is superb. Love ironing my clothes with RD iron.
