Product works fine. Requires about 20 min to heat enough a large bucket water. Better to have a 16A plug for this.

Brilliant product and it serves the purpose efficiently : gets the water heated fast.
Two pieces of advice : Don't use any plastic buckets. Suspend the heater via the useful inbuilt hook.
I gave 4Stars as the device started malfunctioning after about 18months. The top metal induction section started corroding and then bending as use increased. Still heat up the water without electric shocks but I stopped using it after a while out of safety concerns. Here to buy a replacement.
