I got this product after 5-6 days. Opened the box. It was very light weight and finishing was up to the reputation of crompton greaves. Then I plugged it in power socket and switched on. Fan didn't work. I am a regular customer of Flipkart services but I was very disappointed this time. Finally I am returning it..
