    Bad quality

    I am sorry to observe after a years usage that this product is better not purchased . Am very upset with servicing of the food processor. M/s Crompton seems to have washed off their hands for the kitchen/ home products. Their call centre do not provide any escalating mechanism for the complainant registered with them and made me wait for months on end to depute service mechanic who could not fix the defect in the properly.
