Description
In the journey of life we see dreams, we fall in love, we experience bliss but yet we often fall, never to rise again. But Kavita is a fighter. From marrying the man she loves, to becoming a protective mother, to tolerating abuse and emerging stronger from it, her life is not different from just another Indian woman. For how long can she take the domestic violence and humiliation? Does she leave her abusive husband Rajiv, in search of greener pastures with Mihir, or does she succumb to a passionate moment with a youngster, Abhinash. Don?t we all have a right to make our identity, alone, or is marriage the only bond where one must adjust to find happiness. Is Kavita doing anything wrong by following her heart. If it takes two to tango, where did she go wrong. Can she pamper the child in her, defy the world and live life on her own terms? Or does life give her a chance to make amends and save her precious bonds. She is standing at the crossroads of her life and wondering which path she should follow to get some peace, something we all are seeking. Why don?t YOU, my reader hold her hand and guide her. Crossroads...It's about time !!

'Crossroads' one of the best novel I have ever read. Journey from a young & bubbly girl to a self sustained woman is so real & practical yet very charming & loving like its author Preeti Singh Ma'am. Characters & unspoken feelings of Amber & Twitter have been so very well narrated by the author. Just loved that two selfless companion of protagonist 'Kavita'.

Novel says 'Crossroads ...It's about time' but
for me ...'it's all about finding yourself' :)

Another Interesting Tale...

Well... This is the second book by Preeti ma'am.
The first one was ' Flirting with Fate ' .... I hope you all enjoyed reading the first one.
Now its time for the second one.
'Crossroads - Its about time'
Well this book is far different than what she wrote previously....
This book is can be termed as ' lay - man book '....
And i mean it....
'Lay - man' because each and every word is just so simple and very much clear to understand. Its doesn't require a DICTIONARY.
This shows that how much eff...

Life changing and life enhancing!!!

Crossroads REVIEW

It is a book that reminds me of what it means to be alive, to love others and most importantly, love yourself. It makes me believe in audacity, tenacity and forbearance a woman possesses and develops. Achingly moving and strength giving, this book offers immense hope and strength to all those who are standing at the crossroads of their lives.

I can see the scars that are still evident in my soul because of the decision I took when I stood at the crossroads of my life. It d...

It really explains so well the dilemma we all face in life. She survives through lot of ups and down in life and strongly she emerges out of it inspiring others, fighting against all odds, her own emotions and desires.

I could visualize characters so pretty well and ofcourse twitter, and amber are adorable beings and even their sta...

It feels like reading your heart.

When life sings a song to you, you know that you are special. In case of this day-dreamer, the song was soft, whispering, loving, flowing in the undercurrent of pain, still yearning and learning each moment. She listened to what her heart said, kept flying and flowing with her beats. A character which is strong enough to be understood and weak enough to understand. However, she Kavita considers herself an open book, a book which remained unread because of being open and being there... sufferi...

A Woman's Journey

Two beautiful but seemingly lost eyes greet you on the cover. The fading bindi reminiscent of a lot of hindi novel covers I must've seen! But what's different here is that the author in this case (by her own admission) is on the cover. Turn the pages and a part-autobiographical, part-fictional tale unfolds. The story of a long-suffering, common Indian woman tiding over the vagaries of a broken marriage (and a host of ensuing problems) by virtue of a not-so-common self-belief and convictio...
