Expected a better product
we got this item and it looked like used item..
we could see some scratches on the cubes..the box was also cracked. it was definitely not in brand new condition. there was nothing mentioned in the post description that says that it's a used or refurbished item. there was no functional problem but cosmetically it was not in satisfying condition..
