How to make foreign language films with subtitles play properly with Cubetek
The product works like a dream.Yes the remote is a bit of a let down but for the price this player is like VLC-plays everything(well almost)-so its a good value for the money.

For this price, this product does total justice. It plays every format imaginable, not sure abt flv though, then again I haven't seen anyone having movies in flv format. It supports subtitles, 1080p 60hz and full dolby audio through hdmi. Extremely light weight and supports hdds upto 2tb, i havent tried anything higher than that. Cubetek HD Media Player
Good product with a very good price. A boon to all those who still have CRT TVs. (I have one in addition to my main LED TV)
Plays almost all formats flawlessly and is very compact
Only issue is there are no buttons on the main unit. So if the remote conks out, then the product is practically dead.
I hope the makers of this device also launch spare remotes or universal remotes which will support this device.

OK I am using this since few months now . And this is a good gadget . I use it over My CRT TV . Performance is perfect . Plays all formats . Value for money is surely delivered .
Remote is real confusing because buttons of next , previous and volume up down are at different locations compared to any conventional remotes. Size of machine is really small but it is chota pack bada dhamaka.
Wonderful product and fantastically working till now (1 day over) however its body is metallic and I feel current whenever I touch it even after I plug its adapter out (because its one end is connected with AV of TV)
Please use material like set up boxes for its outer body in future.
Delivery system is quite fast. I would have rate 4.5 if there is an option.

I bought this device because a had an old CRT TV on which I wanted to see FULL HD movies. The only thing I am not happy with this device is that when any movie is being played, the subtitles are too small and are straining to the eye. Plays all formats you generally download from torrents ;)
.avi (hardly any movies in this format nemore)
.mp4
.mkv ( I have tried playing a 1080 p HD movie in mkv format and it works like a charm.) This is probably the best it gets with formats.
It does not have an internal Hard Disk, so we avoid the heating issues. Comes with a AV cable so that you can play it even on CRTs, if you have one in these times. I do.
Comes with a handy easy-to-use remote.
