Awesome

A very good book, though a little sad, because hercule poirot dies in the end.I felt a sense of personal loss in his death.A must buy for all hercule poirot and christie's fans.I got the book for 209/-,a bound book and in good condition. The print was also very good.

Worth the money

It's a good one...but a bit less than what we expect from THE Agatha Christie.

Poirot's last case !!!

I read it & I felt a bit sad. Poirot dying is like an end of an era. Though i've read only 7-8 Poirot books so far but I have become a huge fan of his ' order & method'. Climax of book is not that great & Poirot feature less than usual in his last case. This book is more more about captain Hastings than Poirot.

I read somewhere that Agatha Christie wrote it 30 years prior to her death & than locked this manuscript.

Curtain to an enthralling series

Well, this is the last of Poirot's cases - as blatantly pointed out by the tagline on the cover. The book as a whole is not much of a thriller, despite the fact that a murderer is on the lurk and a murder is assuredly expected. Then again, Poirot's last catch is no 'Professor Moriarty' - rather it is a subtle person - who can be anywhere without being Conspicuous and who kills without killing. I can't decide if it is good or bad. May be I would have preferred a much more splendid and fast plo...
