A Good Product

Thanks to flipkart. The product is delivered on 4th day after ordering. I choose this NIC than iBall & Intex because D-Link is an international Brand and has better quality than other two. iBall is recommended but Intex never be. My all Intex products (webcam, headphone, NIC) got damaged within an year of using.
If you want to get more from your D-link NIC, then install the latest driver from the CD which came with this product or from the D-link website rather than using default Windows d...

Good Product, Good Buy

I ordered this product because my PC's internal Ethernet card stopped working in any non-windows based OS. So, i wanted some good Ethernet card which works on my non-windows based OS.

I got this product with in 2-3 days and the packing was done carefully. Thanks to flipkart for speedy delivery.

This started working immediately after fixing in. It got detected in my ubuntu 11 OS and working fine with DHCP and Fixed IP. If you have any required of Ethernet card then you can count on this NIC ...

This is nice NIC card. Although only 100 Mbps but still if you need this specs you should go for it. Most OS would detect it automatically. The built quality is nice and product operation is stable.

Flipkart is always best in its service. But they should include more variety for 1 Gbps speed.

does what it is supposed to do

Using this for quite some time now. It is best product out there at this price point. Bear in mind though - it is compatible with PCI port not PCIe. While buying i thought it will be compatible with PCIe, but it hardly matters. The driver supplied is not required for windows 7 but you can install it if you want to.
Have faced no glitches, till now. thus i am compelled to recommend it to everybody looking for a cheap replacement for inbuilt LAN port of motherboard

Works Well and Tested/Verified

To be honest I didn't buy it from Flipkart. I am writing this review just for cearing some confusion about the product.
This product is little costlier (Rs-300 would be great) but still it is in affordable range.

It works on every major operating system and some even without installing drivers.
Older Win XP or Win ME may require drivers but this works like a charm in Win 7, Win 8, Ubuntu 12.10, Fedora 18 and RHEL 6.3 (x86 and x64 versions).

Great Product for 10/100 MBps NIC

I have been using this product for 6 months now and it works like charm.I recommend this NIC for indian broadband.I get full speed in my broadband and data tranfer is also great.I don't think we can use this card for networking at HOme or office, better to buy 1000MBps cards but for low speed internet, i think this card is the best.
