Q:is it hv WiFi and hw it's maximum range?
A:Yes it has wifi using mobile sim card data. you cant use it for phone calls. well i use it in the car but I am sure it can cover at least 10-15 mts open space radius I prefer 730 which has LCD screen

A:There is nothing special in a Sim card. All new sim cards support 4G but i dont have a 4G network at my place. 3G works well and it's more than enough unless you have unlimited 4G/LTE package.

The modem works only with 3G / 2G signal with a max speed for 21Mbps

A:No you cant... but can use sms from web interface.
You can buy a smartphone and use hotspot instead of this product.

Yes you can access the SMS through webpage using router gateway IP. Can not make mobile call using WiFi
