A tiny Basic model modem
after using betel modems for years I'm quite surprised see such a tiny modem. Using it for about 2 weeks. No complaints.
If modem has preloaded settings for the Indian broadband carriers it would have been easy to setup.

portable and awesome
its working well. it took less time to instal and less space to keep it... nice to buy it.... compact and portable ......... worth paying for it.... awesome than any internet provider who provides the modem...

Do not buy this product
This is my second purchase of this modem and its life span is less than 3 months. I checked the power adapter which is fine. The router stopped working and all its lights went dead. Very much disappointed.

Disappointment
This is not a wireless modem. Unfortunately, this keeps popping up when we search for wireless modems/routers.
I was disappointed and have it just sitting idle as I am unable to use it.

Stop working after 2 weeks..
Stop working after 2 weeks.. h=got repaired from service centre and received after 4 days... then worked for 2 more week and again stop working.... company has 3 years warranty, but every time need to go to service centre for drop and pickup is really a painful job.. i thrown it away., and bought new one from Netgare N150... Please dont buy this product instead go for TPlink or Binatone (fast internet)

Wireless range is less
The product is easy to install and works without fuss.
However range is not good. I have 3 BHK and I cannot get range in all rooms.

Gone faulty within 30 days
Hopeless, modem gone faulty within 30 days of use. It was working ok for few days. It seems to be of very poor quality. "MADE IN CHINA"

Image not matching with the actual product
The image shown here has the led lights on top and looks like a standing type version. However what i got was the flat one with indicator lights on front and not on top.
The model number matches though DSL-2520U so I am not bothered to change it.
